A MENTORSHIP IS AN OPPORTUNITY

For new yoga teachers or teachers who want a refresh and fine tune their skills gained from training. You will schedule 1 hour, virtual option, from 1 to 4 times a month to review the following:

• Yamas and Niyamas

• Yoga Sutras
